IVF Success Rates at West Coast FertilityOur IVF Success Rates

Our IVF success rates at West Coast Fertility Centers are among the highest in the nation because our scientific and clinical fertility staffs are constantly searching for ways to improve the outcome for our patients. The outcome of our clinical research studies have resulted in improved ovarian stimulation protocols and our enhanced laboratory environment has led to superior embryo quality. We place a high priority on implantation factors by evaluating the uterus with our proprietary “diagnostic implantation assay system” (DIAS Method), which samples the uterus lining and determines its receptivity to the embryo.

WCFC is proud to report its fresh IVF rates; frozen embryo rates; donor egg success rates to the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) which publishes an annual report for all the 430 IVF Centers in the United States. These data are forwarded to the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

One of the unique features of West Coast Fertility Centers is that, unlike other IVF Centers, we do not reject any patient who may be a difficult case that may lower our statistical pregnancy rates. We are willing to take this risk because we are interested in the well being of our patients and not just in improving our statistics. This defining aspects of our program has evolved from over 100 years of collective experience among the medical, scientific and nursing personnel at our Center.

Please Note: According to SART, a comparison of clinic success rates may not be meaningful because patient medical characteristics and treatment approaches vary from clinic to clinic. When comparing success rates, there may be differences based on demographics between regions and differences in the difficulty grade of the patients treated. Some of our patients have elected to receive treatments such as frozen eggs, which is not yet listed in the CDC outcome data. Frozen egg success rates can be found on our dedicated website for egg freezing, www.eggfreezing.com.
